We understand that business schools don’t teach art and art schools don’t really teach business. As a way to support creative people starting or building successful careers, Rosh Sillars and Dean LaDouceur founded the Prosperous Artists Web site in spring 2007.
We know that life often doesn’t allow creative folks to follow their passions. It’s easy to get caught up in the quest for quick money or financial security. Unfortunately, following this path often leads to a glass ceiling, a dead end, or lack of fulfillment.

About Rosh: Rosh Sillars is known as the New Media Photographer. He is a professional photographer and owns the creative representation firm, The Rosh Group Inc. Rosh is an instructor at two universities and has traveled the country speaking on “New Media Secrets: Marketing and Your Message.”
About Dean: Dean LaDouceur is a writer with extensive sales and public relations experience.He is an expert networker and is well-known for his business networking events in the Metro Detroit area.
